Terminos y condiciones
- La organización no hará reembolsos por ningún concepto, salvo si el evento es cancelado.
- Las personas que no puedan asistir presencialmente podrán transferir el cupo presencial a otra persona, conectarse al streaming o entrenar a partir de las grabaciones.
- Las personas que no puedan conectarse en vivo, podrán entrenar con las grabaciones.
- Las grabaciones estarán habilitadas durante 15 días después de finalizado el evento.
- La organización podrá cancelar, reagendar o reubicar el evento si ocurre crisis económica-política, pandemia, guerra, por terceros o cualquier evento que impida su realización.
- La calidad del streaming dependerá de la calidad de Internet de cada participante.
- Si debido a un caso de fuerza mayor alguno de los maestros invitados no pueda asistir al evento, la organización buscará un profesor de reemplazo.
- Los lugares donde Los lugares donde se desarrollará el evento estarán sujetos a disponibilidad de los proveedores.
Exoneración de responsabilidad
- Con este formulario online autorizo a que las fotos o videos donde yo esté presente y que el Festival registre durante todo el evento, puedan ser usados libremente para uso promocional o comercial del mismo Festival.
- Asimismo entiendo que soy responsable de todos los riesgos involucrados con mi participación en los eventos del Festival Arabe Medellin, incluido el riesgo de robo, pérdida o daños a mi propiedad. Específicamente conozco los riesgos de la práctica de la danza y a través de este formato libero de cualquier responsabilidad a los organizadores o staff del Festival o a los maestros invitados, si llegara a sufrir un accidente que me lesione o me que cause la muerte durante la práctica o performance. Yo como participante cuento con mi seguro de salud, quien cubrirá mis necesidades (transporte, diagnóstico, tratamiento, incapacidades y todo lo desencadenado por la lesión).
- Al diligenciar el formulario se tomará en cuenta que he leído y entendido los riesgos de mi participación y acepto de manera voluntaria este acuerdo con los términos pactados.
PARA MENORES DE EDAD:
Yo, como adulto responsable del menor de edad inscrito en este formato, conozco los riesgos a los que se somete al asistir a las actividades que propone el Festival Arabe Medellin (como pérdida de artículos personales, lesiones, muerte). Asumo completa responsabilidad en cualquier accidente o eventualidad. Asimismo señalo que soy el único responsable de su salud, seguridad e integridad física. Libero de toda responsabilidad al Festival, organizadores, staff, maestros invitados o voluntarios en el caso de que suceda un robo o un accidente que lesione o le cause la muerte al menor.

Terms and conditions
- The organization will not make refunds for any reason, except if the event is cancelled.
- People who cannot attend in person can transfer the registration to another person, connect to the streaming or train from the recordings.
- People that can not connect live, they can train with the recordings.
- The recordings will be enabled for 15 days after the end of the event.
- The organization may cancel, reschedule or relocate the event if an economic-political crisis, pandemic, war, by third parties or any event that prevents its realization occurs.
- The quality of the streaming will depend on the quality of the Internet of each participant.
- If due to a case of force majeure any of the invited teachers cannot attend the event, the organization will look for a replacement teacher.
- The places where the event will take place will be subject to the availability of the suppliers.
Disclaimer
With this online form, you authorize that the photos or videos where you are present and that the Festival registers throughout the event, can be used freely for promotional or commercial use of the Festival itself.
I further understand that I am responsible for all risks involved with my participation in Festival Arabe Medellin events, including the risk of theft, loss or damage to my property. Specifically, I am aware of the risks involved in the practice of dance and through this format I release the organizers or staff of the Festival or the invited teachers from any responsibility, if I were to suffer an accident that injures me or causes death during the practice or performance. As I participate, I have my health insurance, which will cover my needs (transportation, diagnosis, treatment, disabilities and everything triggered by the injury).
When filling out the form, it will be taken into account that I have read and understood the risks of my participation and voluntarily accept this agreement with the agreed terms.
FOR MINORS
I, as the adult responsible for the minor registered in this format, am aware of the risks to which they are subjected when attending the activities proposed by the Medellin Arab Festival (such as loss of personal items, injuries, death). I assume full responsibility for any accident or eventuality. I also point out that I am solely responsible for their health, safety and physical integrity. I release the Festival, organizers, staff, guest teachers or volunteers from all liability in the event of a robbery or an accident that injures or causes death to a minor.

Clausula de reserva del derecho de admisión
Nuestra academia y eventos son abiertos al público sin distinción de su sexo, raza, orientación sexual, opinión política o filosofía, sin embargo nuestra academia se reserva la atribución de admitir o excluir a terceros de nuestras instalaciones o eventos, siempre que la exclusión se fundamente en las condiciones objetivas de admisión y permanencia que enunciamos a continuación: a) cuando la persona ha sido declarada persona no grata para nuestra academia, b) no será admitido el ingreso de personas que han proferido injurias, calumnias o difamado nuestra academia o el Festival, c) las personas que han atentado en contra de nuestras instalaciones, empleados y directivos, d) será prohibido el ingreso a quienes han realizado actos que supongan competencia desleal en contra de nuestra academia, e) quienes se encuentren en mora con sus obligaciones con la Academia o el Festival. Lo anterior se estipula con fundamento en el articulo 333 constitución política de 1991 y sin perjuicio de lo contemplado en su articulo 13, los elemento objetivos estipulados en la presente clausula no atenta en contra de la ley 1480 de 2011.

Clause reserving the right of admission
Our academy and events are open to the public without distinction of sex, race, sexual orientation, political opinion or philosophy, however our academy reserves the right to admit or exclude third parties from our facilities or events, provided that the exclusion is based on the objective conditions of admission and permanence that we set forth below: a) when the person has been declared persona non grata for our academy, b) will not be admitted the entry of persons who have proffered insults, slander or defamed our academy or the Festival, c) persons who have attempted against our facilities, employees and directors, d) will be prohibited the entry to those who have performed acts that involve unfair competition against our academy, e) those who are in arrears with their obligations with the Academy or the Festival. The above is stipulated on the basis of Article 333 of the Political Constitution of 1991 and without prejudice to the provisions of Article 13 thereof, the objective elements stipulated in this clause do not violate Law 1480 of 2011.
